Legal Notice — Betfolio

Article 1 — Application overview Betfolio is a mobile application published by Core Soft Development, a company registered in France, headquartered at 71 rue du Grand Ferré, 60126 Longueil-Sainte-Marie. Betfolio allows its users to manually track their bets, winnings, and losses made on gambling platforms (online casinos, FDJ, sports betting sites, etc.). The application does not allow placing bets or wagers directly, and is in no way connected to accounts on these platforms. All data is entered manually by the user. Contact: contact@coresoftdevelopment.fr Article 2 — Acceptance of terms Access to and use of the Betfolio application implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use. The user is invited to read this document carefully before using the application. These Terms may be modified at any time. The user will be informed of any significant changes by in-app notification or email. Continued use of the application after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Article 3 — Access conditions — Age requirement The Betfolio application is strictly reserved for adults, i.e., persons aged at least 18 years. By registering, the user certifies on their honor that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract. Core Soft Development reserves the right to suspend or delete any account whose user is found to be a minor, without notice or compensation. Betfolio is a personal tracking and analysis application. It does not constitute a gambling platform and does not offer any betting, wagering, or real winnings service. Article 4 — Account creation Using Betfolio requires creating a personal account. The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any use of the account with their credentials is presumed to have been made by the user themselves. In case of loss or compromise of credentials, the user must inform Core Soft Development as soon as possible at contact@coresoftdevelopment.fr. Each user may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited. Article 5 — Application operation 5.1 Manual data entry Betfolio is a personal tracking tool. All gaming data (bets, winnings, losses, platforms used) are entered manually by the user. The application does not connect to any gaming platform and does not import any data automatically. 5.2 Informational nature Statistics, charts, and analyses produced by Betfolio are provided for purely informational and recreational purposes. They do not constitute financial or tax advice, nor an incentive to gamble more. 5.3 Advertisements The application is partly funded by advertisements displayed through Google's AdMob network. These advertisements may be personalized based on the user's profile. The user can manage their advertising preferences in their device or application settings. Article 6 — User obligations The user agrees to: • Use the application in accordance with its purpose and these Terms; • Not attempt to hack, compromise, or disassemble the application; • Not create fake accounts or impersonate a third party; • Not use the application for illegal purposes or contrary to public order; • Not transmit viruses or any malicious program. Article 7 — Intellectual property The Betfolio application, its content, design, features, source code, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Core Soft Development and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from Core Soft Development is strictly prohibited. Article 8 — Availability and liability Core Soft Development strives to ensure the availability of the application 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or technical incidents may occur. Core Soft Development shall not be held liable for: • Financial losses related to the user's gambling activities; • Data entry errors by the user in the application; • Use of the application by a minor who fraudulently declared their legal age; • Failures or unavailability beyond its control. Article 9 — Suspension and termination Core Soft Development reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account, without notice or compensation, in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or any infringement of third-party rights or application security. The user may delete their account at any time from the application settings or by contacting contact@coresoftdevelopment.fr. Deletion results in the erasure of all data in accordance with the privacy policy. Article 10 — Responsible gambling Betfolio is a tracking tool, not an incentive to gamble. Core Soft Development reminds users that gambling carries risks of addiction. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Compiègne (France).

Article 2 — Data collected 2.1 Data provided by the user When creating an account and using the application, we collect: • Email address and password (via Firebase Authentication); • Manually entered gaming data: bets, winnings, losses, platforms used, dates; • Application preferences. 2.2 Automatically collected data The application may automatically collect the following data: • Approximate location data (for AdMob advertising personalization, with consent); • Usage and performance data (via Firebase Analytics and Google Crashlytics): sessions, features used, error reports; • Device technical identifiers (used by AdMob for ad delivery). Article 3 — Processing purposes Your data is used for the following purposes: • User account management and authentication; • Application operation and display of your gaming statistics; • Application improvement through usage analysis (Firebase Analytics); • Bug detection and correction (Google Crashlytics); • Display of personalized or non-personalized advertisements (AdMob); • Processing of any payments (Stripe). Article 4 — Legal bases for processing Processing is based on the following legal bases: • Contract performance: for account management and application operation; • Consent: for location collection and advertising personalization; • Legitimate interest: for application improvement and security; • Legal obligation: where applicable. Article 5 — Data sharing with third parties We do not sell your personal data. It may be shared with the following subcontractors as part of providing the service: Firebase (Google LLC) — Authentication, database, analytics Google Analytics (Google LLC) — Audience analysis Google Crashlytics (Google LLC) — Crash reports AdMob (Google LLC) — Advertising network Stripe Inc. — Payment processing These providers are contractually bound to respect the confidentiality and security of your data, in accordance with the GDPR. Article 6 — Transfers outside the EU Certain providers (Google, Stripe) are based in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR. Article 7 — Data retention periods Your data is retained for the following periods: • Account data: for the duration of the account's activity, then deleted within 30 days after the deletion request; • Entered gaming data: retained as long as the account is active; • Analytics / Crashlytics data: according to Google's policies (generally 14 months maximum); • Advertising data: according to AdMob policies. Article 8 — Your rights (GDPR) Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data: • Right of access: obtain a copy of your data; • Right of rectification: correct inaccurate data; • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion of your data; • Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format; • Right to object: object to certain processing; • Right to restriction: request temporary suspension of processing; • Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Article 10 — Cookies and similar technologies The Betfolio mobile application does not use cookies in the strict sense. However, technical identifiers (device advertising identifier) may be used by AdMob for ad delivery. You can reset your advertising identifier or disable ad personalization in your mobile device settings. Article 11 — Minors The Betfolio application is strictly reserved for adults (18 years and older). We do not knowingly collect personal data relating to minors. If you find that a minor has created an account, please contact us at contact@coresoftdevelopment.fr so that we can immediately delete the relevant data. Article 12 — Policy changes This privacy policy may be updated to reflect legal developments or changes in how the application operates. Any substantial changes will be notified to the user via the application or by email.
