Glaignes & Cie is the members' app of the Glaignes trail running school, in the Oise region of France. It answers a question every club asks: who is running which race? Members find the whole season in one place — official races, club runs and club life events — declare their participation distance by distance, and suggest new races in moments. Designed for phones and tablets alike, the app keeps names visible only to members approved by the club.

Official races, club runs and club life (general meeting, barbecue) gathered in one place, as a calendar or a list, for upcoming and past events alike.
Who's coming, distance by distance
Each member answers "going", "maybe" or "not going" for a specific distance. The race page lists participants, and the race can be added to the phone's calendar in one tap.
Suggest a race in two minutes
Paste an Adeorun link and the name, town, date and distances fill in automatically. Without a link, entry stays simple, and the app flags a race that may already exist to avoid duplicates.
Map and GPX tracks
Races appear on a relief map. Each distance can have its own GPX track, with elevation profile, elevation gain and loss, and altitudes.
Well-paced notifications
New races, reminders before a race, a Sunday evening digest: each type can be tuned in the profile, and nothing is sent at night.
A members-only space
Anyone can sign up, but a club administrator approves every account. Visitors only see a public showcase of races, with no names or headcounts.

Create your account
Sign up in seconds from the app. A club administrator then approves your membership.
Find the right race
Browse the calendar of races, club runs and club events, then open the race page: distances, elevation, track, participants.
Say who's coming
Declare your participation for the distance you chose and add the race to your calendar. Other members know who will be at the start.
Suggest a club run
Add a race or a club run, from an Adeorun link or by hand. Members are notified.
